Felt like I was back in Japan. This place is Legit. Served up fresh and love being able to watch it all happen. Had the pork belly with beef broth. Noodles were perfect and a nice portion of Pork Belly. Added two hard boiled eggs for an extra $2 each. This will be my "go to" any time I'm in Delray. Arigatō🙏🏼

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Ramen 369. Tucked away in a cozy little corner, this hidden gem is a true testament to the saying, “good things come in small packages.” With only a bar area that seats about ten people, the intimate setting adds to the charm and authenticity of this delightful eatery.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of broth simmering to perfection. Not quite sure what to order, I took a cue from the friendly patrons sitting at the bar, who were more than happy to share their recommendations. Their enthusiasm only heightened my anticipation.
I decided to go with the Edgeman, and let me tell you, it was a revelation. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the chicken was succulent and flavorful. Each bite was a harmonious blend of rich broth and fresh ingredients that left me craving more. It’s hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had!
The menu is a delightful mix of traditional and innovative dishes, making it hard to choose just one. I can’t even begin to name everything I tried, but each dish was a testament to the chef’s dedication to quality and flavor.
The service was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home in this bustling little spot. Ramen 369 is a must-visit for any ramen lover or anyone looking to explore the depths of deliciousness. I can’t wait to return and try more of their incredible offerings. Don’t miss out on this culinary treasure!

This place is excellent. The tonkatsu ramen was delicious and the tako yaki was incredible. There's only enough seating for like 8, but you could argue that might be authentic when compared to a ramen shop in Tokyo. The kitchen is right behind the bar, and the chef really knows what he's doing. I'm visiting town, so imo the prices are a little high but I thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Tiny lil diamond in the rough!!! To be fair it’s an incredible area but I would have never seen this spot had someone not told me at work. Parking is a tiny bit of a challenge but worth. The chef was very attentive and kind and asked how it was which was refreshing to know that my opinion mattered to him. Anywho, the food:
Broth was traditional and amazing, slow roasted charsu broth with a lovely white haze. I ordered extra charsu and an extra egg and both were incredible, the egg was a lil more cooked than I like but still amazing. The pork was nice thick cuts, the ramen was perfectly blanched and topped with veggies and kikkurage mushrooms I believe.
I work close to here so this is definitely my new goto ramen spot on lunch!
