Absolutely Fantastic! I had an incredible experience at Poppies! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. Arthur was the best! So attentive and patient, he made our experience spectacular. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was out of this world – every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the Greek Omelette – it was the best I’ve ever had! And their bagels are to die for!!! Arthur was the best! So attentive and patient, he made our experience spectacular.

If you’re looking for comfort food done right, Poppies Restaurant and Deli is the place to be! 🥣 Linda, our server, brought just the right mix of attitude and class—absolutely nailed it. The matzo ball soup? Chef’s kiss! You can tell it’s homemade, full of flavor, and perfect for the soul. Matzoh balls were so fluffy. ❤️ Quick, quality service and a cozy vibe—Poppies is a gem!

Just went to The "New Poppies" the place is turned around. From a sleepy, not busy outdated restaurant to a vibrant place. It was packed but no one was waiting or a list. It just went in for 2 bagels with veggie cream cheese. I was greeted promptly and waited on and out in record time. The bagels were giant, toasted perfect, and loaded with cream cheese loaded with veggies. Delicious! We plan to go to Poppies for lunch and dinner very soon. Check the new place out. Update Went in for brunch had a western omelet delicious. Good coffee, very good service. Hash browns mediocre. Not crispy. Wish they had home fries on the menu.

Had a lovely lunch, and really enjoyed their food as always. I had their tuna melt, which was great. My friend enjoyed her healthy harvest salad with kale. Alyson was our server, she was attentive and friendly. I recommend and would return. Nice, casual dining experience. They have a wide selection of deli and dessert items to choose from to take home. I couldn’t resist grabbing a few of their rainbow cookies. Delish! 🤌🏼

A staple breakfast, deli, lunch icon, which is pretty dependable to deliver good quality food
Update 09-05-24: new owners have really turned this place around. First off, service was outstanding, which was dismal in years past. They also upped their bagel game and they are made fresh daily, reason alone to come here. My wife and I both had the “lean” pastrami which was excellent. We also bought bagels home for tomorrow’s breakfast. They are in the midst of remodeling, but you can already tell it’s going to be much nicer and brighter. I will Definitely be a returning customer now
