Their happy hour was fantastic—we tried everything on the happy hour menu and loved the shrimp tacos and chicken meatballs. The broccoli was delicious, though a tad salty. For entrees, we shared the NY strip, patty melt, and chicken in bone, and everything was flavorful and well-priced. Highly recommend for a great meal and vibe!

Ladies went out on our yearly date. A little late, which is fine. Better late than never. The food was Delicious & the service was Great. I had never been to Brule' and this place did not disappoint 😋🍽

We almost passed up Brule, but the hostess/server, Lauren, was so friendly and energetic we decided to stop. She continued to be exceptional. The shrimp tacos were unusual in that each taco had one giant shrimp. The tortilla was small but my husband said they were filling. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. I had the soup of the day, a lobster tom yum. It was delicious and not to spicy. Because I can't eat very spicy food, the chef gave me a taste of the broth. That sold me.
We also had the grilled avocado. It was half an avocado with salsa in the middle and accompanied by a homemade tortilla chip. My husband really liked it, I liked it but would have preferred a different cracker. The tortilla was not crispy, a little bendy in the middle.

Food quality is too variable at this restaurant to make me go back. Same dishes one month ago were delicious were barely edible tonight. Octopus was good, sauce was refrigerator cold. Scallops were overcooked, too salty and the dish seemed to have been plated without a plan. Asked for well done lamb burger got it. rare. Got it back barely nuked. $8 for plain ordinary diner fries not worth it. Won’t be back for a while.

Lauren was a great waitress! The turkey club was amazing I was like flabbergasted at how good this sandwich was.
