Second time this week I had a bad experience with this location with the same crew. Usually the people here are nice but I don’t know if they got a new crew but this crew just don’t care. I went in to pick up my online order and there were 3 people there, they just stared and watch me stand there and continue on about their business like WTH? One black girl looks like she the manager and she walks right past me, she did it twice this week. Today 12/13/24 a gentleman came all the way from back and left what he was doing to help me. I just wanted to cancel my order he was like no I can get it now. Sir thank you cause them other girls just watched me stand there. I was cool, calm, and patiently waited even though I was late for work. I just won’t go there no more. I’ll go to others restaurant near by for breakfast. Check the crew that’s on shift this morning. Chick fa la usually has the best people ever working with mann

Why would you get a salad at Chick Filet when you can get one like this right across the street at Habit Burger for $10.99 The Santa Barbara Cobb

The food is great. Service is inconsistent at this location. Once my dessert was not included in my to go bag. Did not discover this until I arrived home. Always check your order before you leave. Another time my order appeared to be lost in the system. I ordered at the drive in with an attendant and paid. The charge appeared on my credit card. We waited in line for 45 minutes. Everyone in front of us and behind us received their order. The food runner asked our name several times. Our order never appeared. Finally they asked us to detail our order, they then created it and gave it to us. I asked “Do you know what went wrong? We’ve been waiting 45 minutes.” The attendant and the managers all shook their heads “No”. And so it goes. If you have the choice of a different location, I suggest you go there and skip this store.

Was greeted by a young lad name Alex W. Gentleman was very nice and accommodating . When he said “my pleasure “ he said it with such sincerity. Overall he made my experience great and showed me the real chic fil a way. 10/10

*** FASTEST DRIVE THRU THUS FAR ***
I've been through many Chick-fil-A drive-thrus, and this one was the fastest by far. There were double lanes full of cars(at least 20), and I still got in and out in less than 10 mins.
Customer service was great as with any Chick-fil-A. The only issue was I ordered my fries well-done and they were not. They were hot and fresh though!
I recommend this location. 5 stars!
